If a hat does not meet size expectations please notify us immediately, to get resolved. 
Please return unused hat or accessories within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or replacement.
When requesting a refund your original payment method will be credited or refunded once return is processed in unused condition.
Shipping fees and service fees are Non-Refundable
